PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel a subscription or pre-order at any time before the next billing or fulfillment date by contacting us at admin@le-eva.com.

To cancel, please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations requested after a payment has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle. Refunds for already-processed payments are subject to our standard refund policy.
