RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Le-Eva is committed to providing exceptional products/services and customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURN POLICY:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer will provide return shipping costs to ship item back to the supplier.
To initiate a return, please ensure:
- Eligibility for Returns Products are returned within 14 days of receiving the products.
- Conditions for Returns Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in re-saleable condition.
- Originality Items are not damaged or altered in any way.
- Proof of Purchase You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@le-eva.com for assistance and guidance on the return process.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package at your own cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/final sale items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND POLICY:
- Contact our customer service team via email provided in your order confirmation to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any additional relevant information.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving item(s).
REFUND DETAILS:
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- If approved, Refunds will include the full purchase price, minus any shipping costs and 5% off the refund amount for restocking fees.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions:
- Customized, personalized products or special-order items are non-returnable
- Digital products (e.g., e-books, courses) are non-refundable.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are non-returnable.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
EXCHANGES
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
- We will guide you through the exchange process.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES and ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please do contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item or with issues to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. If correspondence is within 7 days, we will provide a replacement including return shipping costs or a refund.
