How to Prepare Soursop Leaf Tea
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of dried, coarse-cut soursop leaves
2 cups of water
Optional sweetener, such as honey, sugar, or stevia
Directions
Bring two cups of water to a boil.
Add one tablespoon of dried soursop leaves to the water.
Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and strain the liquid using a tea strainer, fine mesh sieve, or filter.
Add a sweetener if desired.
Serve warm, or refrigerate and enjoy chilled.
